1. PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Please allow 1–3 days for order processing before shipping. Estimated US delivery for selected items is 4–9 days. Delivery estimates vary by item, destination and shipping method and do not apply to every order.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping is free to all destinations available at checkout. For eligible US orders, you can choose Express Shipping for US$39.60. Select your preferred option at checkout.

3. CANADA CUSTOMS, TAXES AND OTHER APPLICABLE FEES

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to GST, HST, PST, QST, RST, customs duties, import taxes, and carrier brokerage or handling fees. If taxes and import charges are calculated at checkout, they will not be due at delivery. If these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be due before or at delivery and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

4. UNITED KINGDOM: CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, taxes, duties, and import fees may apply. Where available, these charges will be calculated and collected at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email with tracking details, when available.
